Transformation comes by way of revelation! Revelation from the Word causes a quickening to take place in us! - I’m not just talking about something jumping off the page of your Bible, although, that is part of it. I’m talking about Him whispering affirmation, confirmation and direction – from His spirit to yours! * A quickening is an “alive word from God” that breathes life into a dead or unrenewed area of our thinking.
You can look at a situation or circumstance from every conceivable angle and draw a natural conclusion, but that wisdom and perspective is very limited.
• "Situation" can lie to you and make you think you’re seeing all there is to see; but "revelation" will unveil things that your natural eye and carnal reasoning could never catch; offering HIS perspective. What you see by revelation - cannot be unseen by situation! Especially when it comes to your identity. We need a revelation of WHO, HOW and WHERE He is in every situation; because as He is, so are we in this world.
